I just renewed my lease here for the third time! I absolutely love living here! The Apartment Location, the amenities and staff make this my number 1 choice in Hollywood! I love my apartment and feel safe and happy here at The Avenue!

Overall consensus around The Avenue among residents.. is the property manager and Greystar just doesn't seem to care or aren't capable of handling such a large complex.
