      Management is awful always has been. Now they have a new company and upcharged these old apartments that are runned down and filled with roaches and bed bugs. Do not move in! Theres better places in the valley i guarantee and for cheaper. This new company kicked out a lot of families as well during Christmas time and they did not care nor give them a heads up. Homeless people shower in the pool area and sleep across the street at the park so you cant even have a safe place to take your kids. Multiple car break ins. DONT MOVE IN

      Kicked out half of the residents and we had to be out the week of Christmas due to new owners renovating. Some of us have been here 5-10 years and even more. Theres dog poop everywhere. It smells so bad.

      My clicker to open the gate doesn't work. When I try to get it fixed or replaced all get is excuses..

      the apartments are overran with roaches the upkeep is very poor on the inside of the apartments and they raise the rent every year even though its not worth it
