Short review: do not live here. Long review: terrible parking for guests and/or multiple vehicles, constant flooding/mud from broken sprinklers/overwatering, German cockroaches and ant infestations. Black mold and soft walls with plenty of unsealed leak-prone areas. Old AC units that leak dirty from the vents. Zero insulation for windows, so expect a lot of dust and condensation. Maintenance does a scotch tape and paint-quality workmanship and it shows. Extremely loud squeaks from the ceiling feels and sounds like youre in a cheap motel. Condescending management treats you like if you have an issue with anything, its your fault. Other residents leave dog poop/used diapers and trash everywhere and park in spaces for weeks/months on end with no consequences from management. Non-residents cruise the trash areas to dumpster dive. The rental market is extremely volatile right now but youre absolutely wasting your time and money renting here.

I've lived here for more than a few years now. Honestly I've had a really good experience. It's pretty calm and quiet for the most part. It has close by convient access to shopping, schools and hospitals/medical offices. Management has adressed any of my maintenance and security concerns in a timely expedient manner with friendly professionalism. I've seen many improvements being made to the community in many ways. There's a consistent email notification sent out to let residents know important community information.

The worst place ever! If you are thinking of moving here DON'T. I've been broken into 4x. Everything is falling apart, office and maintenance won't do anything about it. The office, and maintenance are soooo rude.

Lived there for 2 years and over that time it became the worst experience, the office manager Jim was very condescending and offered little to no help on situations. Our second bedroom had mold and it took them weeks to come and look at it only for them to send a carpet cleaning company that told us there was nothing they could do. We lost countless amounts of furniture due to that mold, only to be charged for the carpet change because of said mold blaming it on our dog who never stepped into that room. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, no one should have to live in those conditions not to mention deal with staff like that. Also when we first moved in they kept pushing back the date because they didn’t have someone to clean our apartment we had to do all that work on our own with our family, cleaning after someone else’s filth was a horrible start to a new living situation.

Let me just say that we been here almost one year already And I Wanted To Move Out The Next Day Of "Moving In" , the parking after 4pm there is NONE ! There Is Cars That Are Non Operating Taking Up Spaces, No Visitor Parking! So You Have To Park At Rite-Aid And Cross A Busy Street! Some People Have "GARAGE PARTIES" Like What Is That !! Its 11pm And They Are Blasting Music And Drinking All Night! You Can Hear Noise Thru These Cheap Windows !! And Why Is No One Speaking About The ROACHES !! If You Have One Dirty Neighbor You Will Have 40+ Roaches As Soon As Its Dark !!! Its So Gross !!!! Wasting Money On RAID And Traps And They Just Keep Coming Back !! When We First Moved In There Was One Roach In Our Empty Apartment No Biggie ! But Now We Are Not Taking Any Of Our Belongings When We Move Cause The Roaches Hide In Everything! Its So Gross !! If It Wasnt For This Unreasonable "Pay To Get Out Of Your Contract" We Would've Left The Next DAY Out Of This Lease !! , And Lets Not Talk About The Cheap Windows !! When It Rains All The Water Sinks In If Its Windy Dirt Comes All Inside To ! Yes They Are Beautiful Looking Remodeled But For All These Roaches And Lets Not Forget The Ambulances And Firetrucks Of All Hours Of The Day Making It Impossible To Put Your Child To Sleep! Over This Place For What You Pay Here Might As Well Move To A LQ Area Or Palm Desert!

Lived here for about 4 years, previous management kinda sucked. Got told that our air conditioner leaking was going to happen so deal with it. The buildings old can't fix it. HOWEVER, the new management is very good, accommodating, logical and in my opinion make good decisions. Under this set of management, lots of well needed improvements have taken place. The prices are a bit steep. But who's aren't right now? The new management have made it a reasonable place to live. The actual apartments (the old side at least) are kind of outdated, but otherwise are decent (except the air conditioning - which is a big thing in the desert...; leaks horrendously (5 gallon bucket in 12 hours or so) EVERY year. Maintenance guy comes out and has to spend some time pumping out the pipes or something - we had to throw away so many clothes etc in our closet because of it, and even had to resort to buying a carpet cleaner to suck up the excess water.) Any issues we have get resolved pretty quickly though. Thank you. Hope this helps. Recommend so long as the current management remains (all 3 of you wonderful people)
