Like Jordan Peeles Movie, Get Out........ Get Out!!!! You may lose your life living here or you may lose your life afterwards from living here. I recommend doing a credit and identity check during and afterwards your tenancy.

I lived at Holly Park Knolls in 1993 and it was a it was a very nice place to live. I resided in the senior citizen section it was nice and quite. I bought a condo that was my reason for moving I am thinking of selling my condo, and would love to move back to Holly Park Knolls. If any vacancy become available by the time I sell.

Rare professionalism. At first I thought it was too good to be true so I wanted to give it some time before I gave a review. This is my 3rd month with Hollypark Knolls and couldn't have been treated better anywhere else. The manager and leasing staff have always stood up to greet me, I see them go out of their way for their residents and I am no exception to this treatment. Its impossible not to feel cared for. They do a great job of keeping such a large community clean! The maintenance team is excellent! The courtesy patrol is always available! I feel safe recommending this community to any colleagues!
