Once your deposit to hold unit is paid, in the days to come you get attitude. Jennifer (Asst Mgr) not as frie Read Morendly as upon our first initial meeting to secure an apt. Unprofessional after hours answering service where when you ask who you have reached they reply wiith who are you. When I asked a second time who is this, with the same response and let the gal know it was not professional the gal hung up on me. I e-mailed the manager regarding what had transpired, but never received an e-mail reply from her regarding the matter. When going in to the office with a couple of questions to ask Jennifer, her demeanor was nothing like our first visit when we secured the apt. Lack of professionalism and attitude before even moving my 84-year-old mother into this apt. is a sure bet more drama to unfold...My mom lost her $100 deposit due to unprofessional attitudes, lack of response to an e-mail, and a strangely different acting assistant manager. I am now thinking Jennifer's distant attitude was because she was possinly protecting the manager who was really the one who was taking after hour calls. I am pursuing small claims court for the refund of my mother's $100 deposit gor apt 222. Big disappointment!

As a single woman I felt extremely safe in my apartment. The staff were very responsive and helpful. The com Read Moreplex was clean and well maintained. I had good neighbors. There were never any late parties that disturbed my sleep and my apartment was right next to one of the pools.

The apartment and the facilities have performed well in the year I have been a resident. The office staff and Read Moremaintenance crew have all been friendly and helpful. It has also been a safe and quiet environment.
