Local Reviews

This neighborhood had just one thing going for it when we came in 1997: we could afford it. Otherwise there were just sad little stores, lots of dollar places, striving but not very successful schools, discouraged looking ethnic-only restaurants, no ATMs,

The beach is a few blocks away and it's walking distance to a lot of restaurants of all cuisines. There's always something to do while living there.

This neighborhood has community events. People support and care about each other . Even if we do not know the person on the sidewalk or in the yard, we greet each other.

What I like most about my neighborhood is that there are plenty of restaurants to choose from and there are grocery stores nearby. There are also supermarkets and stores for clothing, shoes, etc nearby.

The nearby grocery store is good, and the choices of restaurants is also pretty good. I like the public transportation options as well.

I like the diversity of the neighborhood. There is access parks and recreational activities. The buildings are old and have lots of space.
