      I lived at Seaside at Laguna Heights in 2016 for a year, upstairs. Never a problem with parking. I had my own covered space. I loved my street address with a beautiful nautical name. It was only a 5-mile ride down Golden Lantern into Dana Point Harbor. Fantastic! The apartment complex was quiet, very nice neighbors and a lovely 1 bdrm. apt. that I really enjoyed. Lots of sunshine and trees. Never had one single problem where I had to contact Maintenance. When I left there I moved to another Shea apt. close to my new job. I stayed at that apt. two years with the same happy feelings when I left. Definitely two thumbs up!

      This is literally the worst place Ive ever lived. Lived here for 5 years. Poor management, shady practices, dirty complex, unruly and disrespectful neighbors, lack of parking, outdated apartments and amenities.

      No, This not a place to live. Really bad experience. We Always paid rent before due date. Apartmnts full with German Roaches and not in a livable condition, They towed our cars parked inside designed area. Really Really bad management. Didn't returned security deposit and reported $221 in our SS for nothing.

      Apartments are great for small families. When we moved in, we had a pest issue that later involved the apartment owner's action and gratitude to resolve. Other than that, our stay was fine.
