This review is for the maintenance crew, specifically Lily. Lily really cares about keeping the complex clean. Sometimes I see her walk past , and straighten up the couches, or pick up garbage off floor, or wipe dust off. I brought to her attention that the dog park has a bad smell. She explained to me why that's so (because of the landscaping issue) but ever since she began cleaning it out, it has been clean and smell free. Aside from being a hard worked, Lily is very personable and a pleasure to run into. It's because of people like Lily we love living here!

I love the overall complex and apartment. Great amenities and love the direct access to apartment from garage. I would prefer to have guest parking where you don't have to get permits each time. Prices are high, but I enjoy living here.

Excellent amenities. Apartments are always clean and quiet. Which I enjoy at this stage of my life. Neighbors are respectful and pleasant.

I just moved in this week and so far it's been great. There was a problem with my door lock and the management/maintenance workers stayed late to make sure it got fixed that day. The apartment is great and it's been very quiet so far. The complex is close to lots of food and shopping (within bike distance). I like the appliances and the apartment itself is modern and well built. I'm very happy I chose this place. I did a bunch of research beforehand and compared to the Irvine Co. apartments this is a great deal.

Okay first of all the move in process was amazing since t was all electronic . I really love that I could do it that way because my husband was out of state and he signed everything without being here . I love the hardwood floors and honestly I think it's better than carpet , carpet requires to be shampooed and I would like to say that it has a shorter life tha hardwood. Now here is what I was sold on - the pet stuff . Holy cow that made my decision so clear as to where I should move . The dog park is awesome to have and the pet spa - seriously ?!? I was so excited about that . And the fact that you guys don't have a weight restriction is another plus ! The one thing I would say kind of sucks about the complex is parking. I feel that there needed to be more spots and the whole calling for a guest to stay outside of the complex is kind of a bummer. They are not in the complex and I think they should be able to stay the night without calling it in. Those are the only two things that I can think of that is a flaw to the complex . Other than that , you guys nailed it ! Thank you
