Everything is great, but be aware there is a large college population here. And parking is brutal.

Seriously need to think about opening that lot for more white permit spots instead of a place for junk. Parkin Read Moreg is very limited after 5pm!!! It makes living here very stressful ESPECIALLY when I see a whole parking lot not being used...

We are in the process of opening that back lot up for additional parking. There are some minor items we want to address prior to opening it up.
It would have gotten excellent except that the people that are rented to don't care to clean up after themselv Read Morees or follow the rules.

Hi Julie thank you so much for your review. We understand that regulation policies and procedures can be difficult. We are implanting additional practices to make sure that we are able to address concerns such as this. We also have a groundskeeper that maintains the grounds and are considering adding another individual.
You can put in as many maintenance requests as you want and they will help with nothing. My friends AC at Beve Read Morerly plaza was broken for 2 months in the middle of a summer heat wave before anyone bothered to fix it. Also- when I moved in apartment was missing many different things. Also- office staff is very rude. I know this is a popular opinion.

We are sorry to hear about your concerns. Our team works to address issues as soon as they come up, but we only have so many people and they work to handle issues in the order they were given. Sometimes we need to order parts, and we are at the mercy of the vendors on how quickly we receive the replacement. We are also sad to see your negative impression of our staff, we do our best to provide excellent customer service. We encourage you to come by our office with any concerns you might have.
