the apartment is expensive and yet it has cockroaches. They were there from our move-in date, and seem to be a property-wide problem. I am rating condition at move-in as fair, because of the cockroaches. Other than that, I enjoy the outside quite a bit. The flowers are beautiful. The property's location is excellent. Parking is convenient.

The staff go far and beyond what they have to do. The response time for assistance is remarkable. The landscaping is a joy and up beat to me when walking to my car or to my garage.

When something is broke they never fix back to where it's fully fixed. They rented us a apt. when they knew the complex had bedbugs and when we brought this to attention of the manager, DOROTHY wouldn't take any responsibility for it. I've seen the trucks that pump in the heat at other apts. so she can't say that those bugs are from us. I've NEVER had bugs before I moved here. Since I moved here & now acquired them I'll never get rid of them. We had to pay extra just so a pest extermination Co. could come out and do a heat treatment & spread some dust all over. These things live in the walls, carpet and move back & forth through the electrical outlets. This place is a racket and yes I said racket. They couldn't offer the pest extermination so we could get rid of them or rid the complex of them for the good of the whole. That's why I say this place is a racket. Dorothy was not accommodating at all, she was adamant saying that WE brought them here when we've never had them before. I think the responsibility is solely on the complex and not the individuals who move into a apt. complex unknowingly with bedbugs!! I have other friends who live in LB at another apt. complex that have bedbugs, so it's not just this complex, it's many others in this city. Bedbugs are at Beverly Plaza, Park Ave. & I'm sure at the other surrounding apts. This place truly & utterly sucks.

I feel that the apartments were never very clear with rent/money amounts, also having to close our garages was a giant hassle as most of the tenants are college students with multiple roommates.

The location was conveniently located next to CSULB. A lot of my friends also moved nearby making this a great place to socialize. The amenities offered were great. I love the hot tub and pool. People here are also very friendly. The maintenance staff is also very kind and helpful. They could however improve the timing of the service they provide when inputting a maintenance request.
