Local Reviews

It is considered a historic neighborhood, so some of the older buildings are very pretty. There are a couple of restaurants that my family goes to that are walkable.

The beach is only 2 blocks away and the park is also nearby and there is a good restaurant across the street

It is walkable and there are many nice bars and restaurants near by. There are also many small businesses and parks. Neighbors are generally friendly and helpful.

I like that it's a quiet and respective neighborhood where everyone tries to be conscious of others by keeping their spaces clean. Locally there's nothing spectacular but I appreciate having a grocery stores within walking distances. I like the nearby park as well because it's very spacious and clean.
