I like that we are a block away from the beach so i can take my friends out and swim. I also like how family-friendly it is and how close we are to the mall.

I like that it is a short drive to the beach. I also like that there are multiple markets to choose from.

I love going to the park with friends and sometimes visiting Starbucks. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and the sunset is always worth taking a picture of.

I like my neighborhood because I can walk out my door have everything i need. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, cafes, laundry, parks. etc. Also besides the homeless problem my neighborhood is very friendly

Like to visit the restaurants nearby, local shops like making my rounds on weekends to all the local shops.

Nice neighbors, close to many freeways. Close to my work. Close to grocery store. Great nearby sports bars and eateries.
