    Property managers are responsive and nice. Repairs are always done very efficiently. I do wish gym was a bit bigger and had more and better equipment. Also, would be really nice if the pool was heated...

    It has almost everything you want in a downtown apartment complex and is affordable. Only thing missing is a rooftop hot tub.

    Living in DTLA is a crap shoot. However, the Medallion is reasonably priced and convenient to both the historic core and little tokyo. Sure it borders Skid Row but for the most part, homeless leave you alone. Having a parking garage right on location is also very helpful.

    The apartments and hallways are nice looking. The hallways vary by floor, so some nicer than others. Pool area is nice with fabulous view, but the pool is only 3 feet deep and there is usually a foul smell up there. Maintanence request are slow and you have to follow up to make sure it gets done-can take weeks! Location is one of the best parts, right near great restaurants, but enough removed from some of the downtown chaos. Parking included in rent is a major plus!
