    Called four times, left three messages. No one called me back. This is them when they want your money. Now imagine how theyre going to be once they already have it.

    Please be careful before choosing to move in. I am located in unit 204 and we (and several other tenants) have active lawsuits against Cannon Management and the owners of this building, Urban Foresight IV, for harassment, illegal eviction attempts and lack of repairs. The building is INFESTED with black mold, which has resulted in several residents becoming very sick (myself and my children included) and there are numerous water leaks in the building. An upstairs neighbor learned that they had no drain pipe under their shower - the water simply leaked into the building (which created the mold). Our brick wall began crumbling, which entire bricks falling out of the wall. Both of my children were injured by fallen bricks. Management retaliated against us by trying to illegally evict us from our live/work loft by claiming that we are no longer allowed to use our loft for business. Keep in mind that this is a commercial building. Last month, after paying my rent, they sent me a 3 day pay or quit letter and falsely claimed that I didn't pay my rent. They then locked me out of the Paylease website so that I couldn't download proof of payment. They have multiple harassment citations from LA housing, as well as multiple building code violations from LADBS and the health department. Half of the building is empty and the other half mostly seem to hate what the building and management have become. Please do not move here, you will regret it. This is coming from nearly two dozen tenants that I have spoken to.
