What we've seen in the first 10 days is all positive, including the leasing experience. Everything seems to be very well thought out and convenient (apartment layout, amenities, appliances). Love that the entire place is so dog friendly, almost everyone seems to have a dog. Love all the greenery which looks to be well maintained. Martin was very professional and welcoming, answered all our questions and concerns when we were deciding if this was the right place for us.

Ten years ago I was a resident at The PALAZZO EAST it was awesome then and very new to me. Currently I have moved back and theres some obvious changes but most of all the executive staff are amazing and extremely helpful with all necessary questions and things

We have been here for 4 months now. We love it! Palazzo is a beautiful paradise, kept impeccably clean. Always working to keep everything updated. The grounds people always cleaning, clipping, and watering, replacing shrubs and mulch as needed. The pool area and furniture are washed and cleaned daily. Coffee/tea bar, spa and clubhouse are much needed after working allday. Dogs are all friendly and are able to play together in the fenced dog park. Truly feels like a resort.

I live in the palazzo over then a year, Im not recommended at all. The management is poor, those people take advantage of the residents, lied, and always try to ask for more money. The apartments are very old, not worth any money.
