Has been a great experience so far. Pool is heated and cleaned. Gym is nice. Lots of good plant-life. Maintenance is kept up and responds when needed. Good community.

New management is so bad. There was an active shooting at the property and most neighbors heard about it as cops were there, including a helicopter LAPD. I typically pay my rent in time and had no issues with prior management, but the new one sends you an eviction notice a day past the first of the month.

It is a wonderful community of diverse residents who share similar values of kindness and consideration. The staff specially the maintenance team are quite responsive. The leasing staff are accommodating. Here you not only live. You make friends, some of whom become family.

I am extremely satisfied with all the help Mrs Craig Vanessa rendered to me every step of the way. She has a good understanding of all the processes and she is always receptive to my needs. My experience has been unlike any other…very positive results after working with very professional staff…exceptional attention to every detail and oh so kind, courteous, and patient.. I stayed the course at Rancho, convinced it would be my “new home”. I had interaction with residents, staff, management, and maintenance. All very forthcoming and knowledgeable. We are moving to California for the first time and are extremely thankful for the communicative management team at RLF. They have been very attentive and helpful through a very complex process of moving. We can’t wait to become part of this community and see more of it!

I am going to miss Rancho Los Feliz when I leave next month. But honestly, It is a place I have lost respect for. It is mostly OK, but generally overpriced and has some areas of needed improvement. Careful consideration should be taken if you are thinking about moving here. Today, I shared some tenant advocacy information on the online bulletin board and about 10 minutes later, I was blocked. The staff is nice and the grounds are kept up. I hated the smell of bleach which was a weekly occurrence when they drain the creek and scrub it with harsh chemicals. Not sure why they can't figure out a more environmentally conscious approach. More importantly, during COVID it has become apparent that the bottom line is THE priority for the ownership. I, along with other tenants, have asked for fair and reasonable considerations during the safer at home orders. The Gym, Pool, Sauna, Business Center, Lounge, Bonfire Pit area, Outdoor Dining Area and Some Grills are closed to reduce the spread of COVID19. This is great! But local and applicable laws explicitly state that when there is a reduction in services without a reduction in rent, this is considered an illegal "increase in rent." Dozens of tenants have asked for said discounts in consideration of these tough times. RLF has not budged. I feel sad that I have been giving business to them for over a year, only to find that they do not care how difficult the financial situation has become for people. They use very nice empathetic words but have not taken any real action to help out their tenants. Reasonable discounts should not be out of the question, even if the law does not address this. Fortunately, it does. I posted a link to share this information and other tenant rights information today on the bulletin board which goes out to all the tenants. I asked other tenants to join me in filing a formal complaint with the city. Almost immediately, I was blocked from the community website and now longer have access to my account or any of its features. Luau was incredibly wonderful! Lots & lots of great food, music that had us all dancing, endless amount of drinks and most of all the best staff�
