    The building is historic and has a lot of potential. However the building was not restored, it's dirty falling apart and full of roaches. Pros: nice block, the tenants are friendly, and location is close to shops. The landlord and the people at the Swell group are also friendly enough. The sun deck is really nice. Cons: ROACHES! , ROACHES! AND MORE ROACHES. The building is in poor condition and so are the apartments. The apartment was given to us with a bathroom that needs to be demolished and renovated. Since my family and I relocated here from the east coast we have no where else to go for now but we working towards.moving asap.
