Went to view apartments. Tried to see 6 apartments and could only gain access to 2 as the door codes had not been changed. Very frustrating

Want to thank the front desk and maintenance employees for their prompt service and maintenance in the facility. Especially Angel for doing a great job of housekeeping cleaning in the halls, stairways , and gym. He has a great attitude and alway greeting the residents. Also Kimberly at front desk is always prompt with any maintenance services I request for example I needed my garbage disposal repaired and she quickly sent their best maintenance techs to repair my issues . Glad to have great service at the Medici apartment and a good job from staff .

Elevators are consistently out of service and not being timely fixed. Even when it is fixed, it doesn't last long before it breaks again. The issue has been there for years and the management doesn't seem bother to resolve the it. If you are a person with disability, this is definitely not the apartment for you because management is treating elevator in the building as amenity, not a requirement.

Overall I enjoy the location, and the amenities are amazing! It can be very loud at times; however, you must recognize that you live in downtown LA. The maintenance staff is amazing, but I am not so found of the office staff although they work. The building is a little bit older. We had one of our bathrooms flood (maintenance said it was because of a broken part inside the toilet) at about 1 AM in the morning. That being said the maintenance staff promptly took care of the issue (3-4 days tops!)
