Everything is ok but fire alrm is little problem..(it is rung by itself frequently) Maintenance is little slow, parking is too narrow.

When submit a service request would take several attempts and phone calls before request fulfilled. i.e. Broken clothes dryer hose..bathroom sink leaking.

The trash facilities are poorly maintained. The trash bins are always overflowing with boxes in the parking garbage. After moving out, tenants leave mattress and furniture in the garage which is not removed by building maintenance for weeks at a time.
