Central Park. I live half a block away from it in a 48th. floor apartment so just the view of the greenery in summer or the white coating of snow is a gift to my eyes. I enjoy it every chance I have because at 83 it is kind of dangerous to go by myself so.... It is a jewel very few care for and take for granted.....

It's close to downtown. Close to other neighborhoods with actives and entertainment. My neighborhood is very bedroom, so need to travel out but it is so centralized, nothe6is far.

There are many distinctive restaurants so that I cannot prefer one over the other, and what I love most is the kindness of the people here and their constant smile

I find the bars and shops that I go to it all time that I want , I go with my family to play places for my children .

Very family friendly. Really walkable and not a lot garbage. Lot of good houses. The neighbors are very nice.

All great neighborhoods have this in common. Pride in ownership is obvious when the residents, whether renters or owners, maintain their homes and care about their neighborhood. Neighbors participate to connect and create local groups that bring the residents together for the betterment of the area.
