            Many young families are in my neighborhood. Lots of dog walking in my neighborhood. Many Stores are accessible by car.

            I like my neighborhood because grown up here for over 40 years we've had the property for that long everybody knows everybody we're all like a big happy family here it's a well maintained

            It's Granada Hills so it has a mixture of new and old. This gives it a certain kind of charm and family feeling.

            I like that I'm a five minute drive from lots of places. Target, grocery stores, barber shops, freeways, bus stops, they're all a 5 minute drive away. We're also not too far away from Burbank or California state university.

            There are a number of great family owned restaurants and the neighbors are friendly. The number of small businesses nearby is nice too because I value family owned business and restaurants.

            It's a cul-de-sac and affords a little more privacy than other neighborhoods because of it. My immediate neighbors are friendly and look out for each other.
