Local Reviews

I like that it is an established neighborhood with old growth trees. i also like that most of the buildings were built in the 1950s and 1960s.

I love my neighborhood. It has become more corporate, which is sad .I love the maintained vintage buildings, and restoration of old Hollywood.

My neighborhood has been severely gentrification. Favorites restaurants include Dulans and Roscoes chicken and waffles

There are a lot of things to do in the area. There are a lot of great restaurants and there's always new place is opening up. I like to go to concerts, museums, bars, and restaurants.

I do like that it nice and quiet at night while not being too far from nightlife. I also like that it's central to other neighborhoods with interesting things to do. I also like the nice looking houses that aren't a too far walk away that I can walk around and look at.

I like the proximity to stores and activities. The neighbors are friendly for the most part and it has a good reputation.
