                      It has beautiful houses and yards. It is a lovely area to walk in. It has a grocery store and a drug store in walking distance.it has a good fish restaurant.

                      It is a historically protected neighborhood with an association that works to protect the neighbors. I know lots of my neighbors. It is dead center of the city and is like an Oasis of peace in the middle of chaos. Favorite business is Green Table, a healthy independent restaurant, The Mint a legendary music venue.

                      Alice's Bar, gardens and fountains and entertaining facilities to entertain and play with, we all enjoy these things

                      The parks are nice. We go to movies at the mall. Lots of restaurants to eat in with friends. The streets are green and hilly.
