                                  I think it is a nice suburb of Los Angeles. It is relatively quiet. The traffic is less in this area as compared to the rest of the city. There are opportunities for social gathering if you wish. And if you wish to be left alone, you have that opportunity also

                                  It is nearby a lot of good restaurants I like to visit, with unique and delicious local food. It's also pretty safe considering the city it is in.

                                  Our area has an actual "neighborhood" feel - where people say hi and we know our neighbors. Nice and well-kept yards and family friendly

                                  It's a busy street but quiet neighborhood right behind the major street. Venice Blvd has a good selection of restaurants that is close enough to walk to. Pitfire is a good place to go to with family & friends.

                                  It's quiet and Palestine in the road there are lower west side of Los Angeles restaurant is Charlie's bar and grill and I like going to LA live with my friends
