    I enjoy living in Marina. The home is beautiful inside and out. It has great amenities: All-electric Kitchen, Laundry Facility, Guest Parking, Children's Play Area, BBQ grills, a with many public parks and the beach close by, there will be endless possibilities for your outdoor pleasure and relaxation, and everything is kept really clean.But what makes Marina Square such a great community is the staff doing everything in their power to make residents happy. Leasing manager made the entire application/move-in process really easy. All the concierges are always helpful and attentive. For the few issues we have had with our unit, they have been settled very quickly and painlessly. Also, there are always great activities for residents, happy hours and parties. I highly recommend checking out Marina Square. Lots of the new high rises have all the same "fancy" amenities, and you get those at Marina Square, but the one thing that parts it from the rest is the people who work here. Everyone is friendly, helpful and genuine, and I couldn't be happier I chose to call Marina Square Apartment Homes!

    I enjoyed my 4 weeks stay at Marina Square Apartments. I wanted a place where I would feel safe and I would get to know my environment and vice versa. Playa Potrero was exactly what I wanted...small, friendly and safe! This is a comfortable house, with a/C, a good bedroom, a big bathroom and a nice kitchen. so you can enjoy the sunset while having a good meal.

    I used to timeshare with this place for 2 years. It is a quite lovely place to live. Everything is around you and nothing is far-away than a walking distance. You can easily reach the shopping mall, restaurant, or park. Easy to get public transportation near to the roads. All you can imagine is a stress-free holiday here. Just once I face the trouble of very loud music playing around my house. But once I complained to the office about this and they solved the issue immediately. And then it never happened again. The apartment office was very friendly and responsive every time to my queries.

    I've been a resident of Marina Square Apartments since November 2016 and have been happy so far. For one, it's very affordable for the quantity of space you get, and it has been such a gift to have the property management office on site. I also had an issue last week with some water leaking from the home above mine, and I went down to the office and they fixed it right away. The building is older, as are most in this historic community, but they do a great job of responding to issues and the leasing agents, property management team, and maintenance techs are all ready and acknowledged. Marina Square Apartments is a clean and well maintained place to live! It is about a 35-45 minute bus ride, and a 15 minute walk to a large grocery store and eateries/shops. I would recommend this facility for other tenants to stay for a long or extended period!

    I use to own a timeshare here. I am familiar with the property. I never did hear back from rent.com was interested in the amount of rent and exact size and location of unit.
