It's pretty awful living at Mariner's Village. This place is an active construction site and many amenities are closed. Constant noise from workers and machines... I recommend looking elsewhere.

Amazing experience having our pipe fixed for the kitchen sink drainage to dishwasher by Greg! He provided timely service, was kind and respectful!

We are leaving our apartment on the waterfront after 9 mos. There is a drug den next door with a mentally ill tenant, crazy girlfriend, and who knows what visitors….. Noise, shouting, fights, conversation right by our bedroom window nearly every night around 3 am. Security visits, police visits, EMS etc.. Everyone adjacent complains. Management here has failed to evict this tenant although he has been a disruptive nuisance for several years. The tenant before us left because of him. Do your homework if you plan on renting a unit by the channel/waterfront. Management will not disclose this tenant’s heinous history. They didn’t tell us. Our unit is currently listed again, available on July 15 which tells me that they don’t care about their tenants, only cashing in on them. Not cool. Management fail. I hope this helps someone avoid what happened to us. A huge disappointment, a lot of stressful and scary nights, and a big hassle to relocate.

I went to tour Mariners Village Apts. They are doing beautiful renovations on the property. Dannielle guided us on our tour. She was knowledgeable and accommodating. I appreciated her explaining what the renovations would entail regarding new tenants and their expectations. The Marina is so pretty!!!

Love this place, lived here soon 20 years! Would be very hard to find something charming as this. Walking distance to the ocean , with beautifully maintained grounds with waterfalls, beautiful trees, and birds. Very friendly and helpful staff that always try to go over and beyond. I highly recommend this place.

Best place to live in LA. No bugs, no roaches!!!!! Maintenance is always outstanding. Always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Office stuff very nice and very accommodating. The surrounding is gorgeous. Always clean. What else you want??? Try to move from here and see what's out there. Nothing but places infested by roaches and so on. Unless you a fortune maybe. Reasonable rent For the aerea. Resident since 2001. Love it

This place is extraordinary and definitely unique in LA. The morning starts with birds chirping on the trees. We get out of the house that is surrounded by huge trees and ponds and 2 minutes later we are walking barefoot on the beach and no, I am not talking about a mansion in Malibu. This is an affordable paradise in the heart of LA and so much better than the, all concrete apartment complexes in the marina. I feel lucky everyday to be living here. All love ❤️

I really recommend Checking out the cafe! The people that work there are very kind and do a great job, special shout out to Rosa who makes the best Americano ever. One of my favorite amenities by far.
