      This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in; 15 years living in Los Angeles. Not only do they rarely respond to maintenance requests, or mark them 'completed' without coming to our apartment, but my car was TOWED from our private parking lot with NO NOTICE. No phone call to me, nothing. Not only do I pay for the parking, along with utilities and rent that is WAY too high for what you get, but now they tow my car from where I live??? Insane. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Save yourself the trouble!

      I made an appointment to visit using their website. The appointment date was on Memorial day but since it was an available option on the website, one would reasonably assume that they would be offering tours on that day despite the holiday. For the next few days I was bombarded by texts from their text bot asking me to set up an appointment even though I already did. When the day came around, I went to the property and followed the directions in the confirmation email to look for a QR code which I could scan to get a code to get in. There was no such QR code anywhere, just 3 QR codes for resident apps. The phone number on the leasing office door was unresponsive. It did not take calls, it just played a recording to text them which I did to no response (A major red flag was a sign on the leasing office saying not to knock, only text. If they don't want to be bothered by anyone knocking, I can only imagine how responsive their service is to current residents). Another person also came by for a tour she scheduled and she couldn't get in touch with anyone either. While there I asked a few of the residents who were entering and exiting what they thought of the place and no one had anything good to say, validating all of the reviews here. The next day I got a text from their bot asking how my tour was, and a little later, finally got a text back from leasing saying to come another day. If leasing is this disorganized, I can only imagine how resident support is. Between 3 phone numbers, (the number I was told I could text with any questions in my confirmation email, the number on the leasing office door, and the number on google), it took until the day after my appointment to reach a human. Needless to say, I, and the other person who came to visit when I did, crossed this building off our list.

      The person who got us to sign the lease for an apartment over the pool outright lied about what the apartment looked like, and then when they let us in the night before and we saw it was trashed ( rotting food in the kitchen, holes in the walls) and it was nothing like what we toured, they told us we had to either pay them more money or take an apartment over the loading dock, facing the road. What I specifically wanted from this place was an apartment that was not facing the street, but the moving truck was coming ht enext day, so we didn't have any real options.They told us it can be loud while they're doing the trash, which is reasonable, but they didn't tell me that the loading dock is only cleaned once a month. So there are couches and furniture that stay there, and homeless people hang out under my window constantly. We're too embarassed to have people from my husband's office even visit and see what we live in. DOG PEE EVERYWHERE.We got the impression from the manager while handing in our notice that if we didn't buy their move out cleaning service, and did it ourselves, we would be charged for the apartment not being clean no matter what. pictures, pictures, pictures! This place was such a waste of money.

      Terrible terrible terrible place to live! Run away as fast as you can! It is NOT a smoke free building and the staff allows residents to smoke in their units. I am not a smoker and my unit is constantly being pumped full of second hand smoke coming through the ventilation. Additionally, I was overcharged by $900.00 one month for rent and after nearly stalking the staff for over a month to refund me, they acted like I was putting them out and made a big fuss over having to credit my account. Yes, they claimed they could only credit my account rather than just putting the charge back on my card.
