The rental office is very out of date with services and professionalism.

Dog leash laws not enforced. Many residents walk dogs unleashed. Parking rules not enforced. Guests park in resident spaces. Boaters and guests park in apartment spaces. Apartment residents and guests park in boater spaces.

We Have A Boat Moored There ! Management Is Fantastic, However Their Hands Are Tied In Stupid Ways By A Outdated Central Office. Rent Payments, Getting New Stickers When You Get A New Car Etc. Has To Be Handled Thru Corporate. The Old Boaters Bathrooms Showers Are Barely 3rd World, But I Assume They Will Be The Last To Be Done With What Looks To Be A Fantastic Upgrading Of The Aging Units !!

The complex is very clean and it is very obvious that it has been taken care off for a long time. The rental office works very organized and they helped us with the problems that we had. It is very nice to know that when you leave the house there someone behind you, who you can trust.

The street side is far too noisy.

YappIng dock is still barking!! Building C, facing the basin, second floor... Started at 7:30 AM today !?!?! Now that the Karen knows there are no repercussions for barking, its breakfast lunch and dinner "No Pets Buildings" WT

The absoute best apartment complex can't recommend them enough!!

We've lived here for over 1.5 years and we love it! The staff in the leasing office is superb and we've never had any issues. We love the community, the quality of our unit, and the price in comparison to other complexes around. Highly recommend this complex!

Honestly love living here. We moved in mid pandemic and found that the apartment is great value, and the complex has great office management (shoutout to Melia!) and fast turnarounds if we have any maintenance issues (Santiago and David have been amazing!). Can’t speak to the amenities other than the gym as we don’t use them much but the gym is super convenient and well equipped. The complex is a <10 min walk from the beach, and has great walking areas around it.

Love living here! The apartments are spacious and in an amazing location. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away. The property is well maintained and the staff are friendly and organized. There are two coffee shops within walking distance and a beautiful walking path alongside the water.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Place is a joke Place is infested with birds who leave feces everywhere in the pool and entrances. Never is cleaned up! The car ports do not have a roof on them to protect the cars so if you park there look out for at least 10 bird droppings in one day. Management lives on property and goes around looking for things to do and write tenants up for things like a towel on ur porch or a bike in your parking space � Avoid this great location ruined by terrible management.
