      We stayed in the Apt G6 from July until December 2018. The first issue came when our apartment had water leaking due to the water heater. Secondly, there was no vent in the small bathroom which caused humidity issue. Most recently, after we moved out, we found that we still paid the PG&E bill until Feb'19. We asked the leasing office manager Jason to help to call PG&E to retro date the bill statement. His reaction was so insincere and just said it was not their responsibility. They do not even want to talk to the existing tenant who shall be responsible for the PG&E bill. My feeling is that, this leasing company face off when you moved out. They are not in good service at all. The nearby Oak Creek Apartment provides much better service than Sharon Green. We felt so regret to stay in Sharon Green for the past 6 months. For your reference

      The maintenance staff is excellent! They are professional,friendly, and know what they're doing. I am also very pleased with the office staff. Our move from a large home to Sharon Green was A pleasant transition.

      The neighborhood and location of Sharon Green are good. It's convenient to go to Stanford University. The community is clean and comfortable.
