    I am a current resident. I have only been living here since beginning of February. The management sucks. Not only was I without a dryer for over a month without them seeming to care I am not the only resident with issues. I am now having dryer issues for the second time and they informed me they will get to it when they get to it. The office only seems to care about the bottom line. Parking is atrocious, people dont park in their garages and management doesnt enforce the rules which state that garages are meant to be used for cars. The apartments are very cheaply made and not great quality either. For the money I would rent somewhere else, we cannot wait for our lease to end.

Our dedicated maintenance team is committed to resolving all reported issues in as timely a manner as possible. Some specialty repairs require us to order outside parts or schedule third-party vendors to complete the repair. Additionally, current considerations for COVID-19 may cause non-emergency maintenance to be slightly delayed. We appreciate all residents' patience as our team tends to all outstanding requests.     My biggest issue here is with management: There is a huge drop-off when trying to communicate with them. Its clear that they do not pay attention to the smaller details of the bigger picture. They are not dedicated to tenant satisfaction; it seems like they actively avoid conversations. Instead of email updates, we get notices on our doors. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with the property managers, and when they are available, it is clear they want to pacify the situation rather than solve it.

    Morgan Ranch property management is the most incompetent, disorganized, uncommunicative group of individuals to ever hold jobs. They are not dedicated to tenant satisfaction and actively avoid conversations regarding housing issues. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with the property managers,and when they are available, it is clear they are trained to pacify tenants rather than solve problems. They constantly miscommunicate critical information. For example, Jacob continually provided "sure move-in" dates that were repeatedly. I quickly realized I could not rely on anything Morgan Ranch employees said, and that is not ideal when trying to settle something as important as housing. I have never seen more unprofessionalism in a property management company. Were it not for the incapable staff, these apartments may be a nice place to live.

    Attempted to contact this complex looking for a place to rent for my girlfriend and I, sent 3 emails and called twice and never received a response other than a lady on the phone who said she would have someone get ahold of me. Still no response. We really loved the details of the complex and units and were ready to sign paperwork. This must be how management here treats their tenants so we will be looking elsewhere.
