I do not wish to make any comments. While I had a good relationship with Vineyard Terrace for over 4 years, I left there with a bitter feeling. So please take me off your list.

Management was generally pretty responsive to maintenance requests and other issues. Overall a pretty positive experience. There was a slight hiccup with the apartment not being quite ready on the day we were supposed to move in, but that was handled very fairly. We also wound up having to move out a month early, and they were great about working with us on that.
