The Terrace

This place is full of roaches and other insects. Inside and outside the apartments. There is never any guest parking, people use their garage as storage. So dont even think about having someone visit you. When making a service request for your unit, they do come out BUT never resolve the issue. I recently made an order for having mold in the toilet. Maintenance came out to look at it. I got home, there is still mold. I only knew something was wrong because every morning there is a foul smell. I finally open the toilet cover and BOOM mold! Ive only been here for about two months. 10 more months to go. After that, Im out of here. Its definitely not worth it. You should come home to a place of comfort and relaxation. Trust me, its not here at the Terrace Apartment Homes. Im deeply disappointed. One good thing I can say is that, they are keeping the pool areas cleaner.

The office and maintenance staff are not very helpful and if you want anything done or fixed you need to call several times to get anything done. There are a lot of kids in the complex and they are very noisy. We do not have internet because the speeds are so slow and this is something we did not know about before we moved in. There are a lot of reasons we are unhappy with this property and will not be renewing our lease.

I'm mostly happy with the place. My unit is great! The only issue I have is the lack of parking enforcement in the complex. Residents and guests park on red curbs constantly, which is incredibly obnoxious.

When we lived at the Terrance it was a really nice place to live there. We lived there for about 2 years in half but moved because Rent went up ridiculously high. When we lived there we paid $1275 and when we left we ended up paying $1500 to a 2 bedroom apartment. I can imagine how's the rent now. Now it makes sense why they have leases from 6 months and 12 months because breaking a lease is over $3000

The apartment complex is okay, never had any problems with people. Everyone is either polite or sticks to themselves. I live here solely because of the proximity to McGrath Elementary (GREAT school). We are walking distance from a great education. Maintenance orders take a really long time to fulfill and often times, a second or third call is needed to get the issue fully resolved. The office staff will try and brush you off, but if you are persistent, they will help you pretty rapidly.

All though the Terrace is a nice place, very quite and roomy, I find the rent to be a bit high for the area. The maintenance staff is very nice, hard working, but I think that they are short staff. There is a lot of trash around the landscaping; place should have more water spouts available to wash down porch and steps. Sprinklers need to be adjusted.
