    We had some cleanliness issues when we first moved in. The bathroom was the worst. A few areas that looked like they were painted over instead of being cleaned. They did come back and clean again but it still didn't seem up to par with what we were expecting. There is also a huge ant problem. We've cleaned and then had it sprayed by a fumigation company but I've still found a few here and there. The main issue is again in the bathroom. They seem to be coming from around a pipe.

    Like the environment the quick help when you need something repaired and the clean place we always have.

    It is very well kept and the other residents are very respectful. The only complaint that I have is that one of the gates that lets us in the complex is closed from 11:00pm-10:00am even when I use my key. I believe that if I pay rent then my key should work to let me in to the complex.
