I moved to the bay for work and chose 5 properties to look at. I'm glad that the Maxwell was on that list. I Read More wanted to live in Oakland, since it is a growing neighborhood. A big reason why I selected the Maxwell is. New is always better. Which is a quote I love from Barney Stintson on HIMYM but also works for this complex. The Staff is great but also full size tubs, laundry machine, new appliances, and abundance of outlets all over my apartment, I'm glad I live at the Maxwell. Truly Le-gen
