    We had a fire alarm today, October 7, 2018. It was SUPER, SUPER, SUPER loud! The whole apartment building was alarming. After a few minutes we called the office. The guy at the office said: "We are not aware. We have not been notified yet." Really?? Didn't you hear the alarm? After about 10 more minutes (the alarm was still on!) we called the office again. Nobody picked up. We grabbed our cat, he was very scared and went to our car. We parked at the office. I went in and asked why didn't they bother to send us a text message as they usually do so we can either stay at home if there is no danger or to evacuate. The girls said that the fire department IS WORKING on it here, in the building. So, we had an emergency situation and the office just didn't care. They knew that there is a fire or gas situation and lied that they don't know anything. What people are they? We pay $2500/m and they don't care about us. We are just a number. We will move out as soon as our lease is over. Horrible service!Another cons: The dryer was fixed twice since we moved in. It is still not working properly. We have to run it 3-4 times to dry the clothes. The pool water IS NOT heated to 80F as promised. The parking spot is very small. Kids are screaming outside. The hallways is not clean. The elevator button is often broken so you can't use it.
