My wife gets the car space and I get the other one. I wish we had two car spaces but we manage. I still recommend this place.

We were told that our income was not enough. The salary submitted was for all year not just twenty-eight days. We were told they only used monthly not yearly salary. Very disappointing.

I lived here two separate times while living in California (late 14 & fall 15- fall 16). Management was great. They were friendly, professional, and maintenance was fixed right away. My apartments were always clean and I never had any trouble with bugs. If you live on the street side, it does get noisey with the traffic but can be blocked out with the sound of a fan. Also if you leave for deployment & try to live back here when you return, expect the price of rent to go up.
