The new apartment manager or management team are never available at the office. They never answer phone calls, juat emails. I requested a weekday off from work so maintenance can come fix a problem I have. They said they would be here between 9-1, they never showed up. They wasted my whole morning, they weren't even considerate enough to even give me a call letting me know that they weren't going to be able to make it....

Parking is unorganized, upstairs neighbors are being loud moving furniture jumping up and down 24/7.
