My husband and I rented a 1 BR apartment in this building for over a year. The price was very reasonable for Palo Alto standards and the apartment was bigger than others we visited nearby. We were sad to leave because the area is great (perfect for a morning or afternoon run) and Christine (manager) was always helpful and quick in answering and solving any questions or issues that we had. The apartments are withing walking distance of Sprouts, Safeway, Trader Joe's and Walmart.

I really enjoyed living here. The apartment complex is at the end of a beautiful (and quiet) street right near a bike path with tons of trees and natural shade. Considering the location, I thought the rent was pretty reasonable. The property manager is attentive and easy to work with. The one-bedroom floor plan was really smartly laid out with space utilized effectively (the bedroom was nice and big, the kitchen had lots of counter space, and my only complaint was the bathroom was a bit small--though that doesn't seem to be the case in the two-bedrooms). It might not be the newest or the biggest, but I was extremely happy living here and would definitely recommend Parksquare to anyone looking in the area.

The building is NOT sound proof AT ALL; it rather amplifies the noise, you will wake up because some is simply walking in their unit (I slept very well before this apartment)

The building is old, and the sound blocking is very bad. You can hear it when your neighbor talks. The manager restricts the tenants lifestyle and can change the rules everyday. The manager is not nice to the tenants. The equipments are very old. Overall, I do not recommend these apartments.

Well managed property, enjoyed my stay of nearly two years there. Had a nice remodeled unit on the to floor. Great location within walking distance from San Antonio center and CalTrain.

The place is old with paper thin walls. The windows are 30 year old and have huge gaps in between them. Front door has a huge gap that there is a constant draft inside the apartment. There is termites infestation. Heater never stops working as the temperature never reaches appropriate temperature. Bathroom and rooms are moldy. Newly remodeled apartments have new carpets but the same old windows. Manager comes in the apartment with no prior notice. Do not recommend for the price they are charging.
