      Well managed property, enjoyed my stay of nearly two years there. Had a nice remodeled unit on the to floor. Great location within walking distance from San Antonio center and CalTrain.

      The place is old with paper thin walls. The windows are 30 year old and have huge gaps in between them. Front door has a huge gap that there is a constant draft inside the apartment. There is termites infestation. Heater never stops working as the temperature never reaches appropriate temperature. Bathroom and rooms are moldy. Newly remodeled apartments have new carpets but the same old windows. Manager comes in the apartment with no prior notice. Do not recommend for the price they are charging.

      Parksquare apartment is the best apartment I had ever lived in. The rent is affordable for the area and its a spacious 1 bedroom. Commute to all locations is easy. The area is very green on the beautiful wilkie street. Its a wonderful neighbourhood was taking walks and biking. The management was great and hardly had any issues in the 2 years we lived there. We moved to a newly renovated apartment and love the great quality of appliances. Close to San Antonio shopping center, as well as costco, and a few other places. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly neighbours. Will definitely miss living there. Cons Small assigned parking spot led to some car scratches. But if you get in early you can park elsehwere.

      Parksquare apartment had the best apartment I had ever lived in, the only reason I moved out was because I was starting job in new city. Pros: 1) This was definitely the biggest 2 bedroom apartment I've ever seen with a plenty of closet space 2) The place is really quiet, there is no cross traffic, the place is surrounded by trees with nice shade. 3) The management was the best, it was really easy to communicate with the manager, it was easy to get things done. 4) The place is really quiet through out the whole week day and night. 5) Good location, it's close to San Antonio shopping center, as well as costco, and a few other places. 6) The temperature is great for most of the year, if it gets too hot it's possible to open windows from both sides to lower the temperature. 7) A lot of storage space, in 2b apartment that were 3 sliding storages + 1 extra outside app. 8) Great apartment layout. Cons: 1) It can get cold during winter, it was hard to heat up living room, because the apartment I had, had old sliding windows, so the air would leak during the winter, and cold air would come in. There was also 3cm space between door and the floor that didn't help either.

      Parksquare is in a great neighborhood at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Our one bedroom apartment had a very smart layout...we loved that almost every square foot of the apartment was usable. The apartment had great windows to let in natural light, plenty of closet space, lots of kitchen cabinets and counter space, a nice patio, and a bonus storage closet in the garage area. The building, grounds and pool were well maintained and landscaped, and the onsite manager was very friendly and took care of any maintenance issues we encountered quickly, usually within 24 hours. We had no complaints in our 4+ years there and highly recommend Parksquare.

      We enjoyed statying this apartment very much. The property manager maintains the site very clean and peacful. if there is a work in the site, the manager notify the tenants in advance. We had a few problems with our dishwaser and bath, but once notified the manager, she promptly helped us to solve the problems on that day or next day latest. The apartment is close to San Antonio shopping center and a bicycle path, it is very convenient. We strongly recommend you to stay there!
