The Grove Luxury Apartments

Do not move here! Do not be naive and believe your experience will be different. Pay my rent on time every month and stay out of the way, so I figured my experience would reflect my input; wrong! :( Me and mine keep a low profile but this place has a bad habit of taking advantage of the difficulties of housing in NorCal. Between these ridiculous price enhancements and double charging you for electricity(YES!!!), there is no shortage of predatory practices that this company will deploy in pursuit of your hard earned income. They have an excellent racketeering partnership in place between ACE Towing if this wasn't already financially stressful. I would be willing to forgive and forget if the apartment wasn't in such horrible shape. (IE Laminated wood nailed to fake kitchen cabinets, kitchen cabinets that aren't secured to tracks, central cooling with no refrigeration capabilities, and horrible trash service policies). Don't make the same financial mistake I made and stay away from this place!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've been here almost 3 months and we have had multiple leaks, no hot water, broken dishwasher, and now flooding from the poor foundation. I'm hoping its not too late to break our lease at this point. Management is never there and they have a phone service who isn't on site when you call. Calling the CA Dept of Commerce and BBB tomorrow to file a formal complaint.

DONT MOVE HERE. After so many years, I am so disappointed with the bad service, bad management and bad everything in the last couple years. The place is a dump, nothing is luxury as the name implies.

this place is junk full of rats i wont even give them a one star they charge you for fumigation and they never show up also they charge for water 35 dollars every month im not even a round im in vacation for 3 weeks i think the landscaping water is incluided this place sucks

Clean safe place to live. Friendly management

The facilities were great. The unit came as promised. It was easy to work with the building management the few times we needed to. We got back almost all of our deposit.

We are very happy here I live with my kids here for close to 3 years very satisfied and the office team amazing and close to my kids high school we happy to continue live here

Renters beware, cars towed in the middle of the night, hidden fees like utilities and penalties for their benefit, broken equipment, pools unkept, pool furniture is disgusting. Don't believe the rents on line, even suspect of the square footage of units. Manager is mean, things wrong with the units, old toilets and bathroom in general. Not enough maintenance for this big of a complex, many Gov. Assistance renters, kids and dogs. List goes on. Read all of the reviews here and at the Better Business Bureau, which they go under Two Coast Living or, The Vineyard. They deal with many properties, main office is on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, CA.
