The mangment is the worst. I lived there for 3 years, and she acts like she's doing me a favor by writing a receipt for my rent. She actually asked me to come back because she didn't feel like writing a receipt before the 1st of the month! You like a complex with multiple break ins and a gym that the homeless sleep in? Water goes down a few times a year. Place has cockroaches and on day one the dishwasher had to be replaced. Management is lacking big time. People have kids swimming in under wear. Who does that? Had to break the lease to get away. I feel much better now. Peace.

Really enjoyed living there. Friendly staff, pleassnt grounds. Close to A family fitness, near bike trail and american river...and Hwy 50 access.

The staff and apartments were wonderful, unfortunately the area is not a very good area. We moved due to the 24 hr base bumping from cars (so loud it shook the walls) and safety concerns. Would be great if you're not home all the time, enjoy your own loud music, do not have kids and fit in with the primary ethnic group.
