I am very pleased at the response time when I call in for a work order. Mauricio did an excellent job at replacing the fire alarm in my apartment today. Very pleased with the response time thank you very much !

I have been working with Scott Vesely and I am very impressed with his knowledge of the product. Also he was able to dial in exactly with our needs. He knows how to find out what we need very Quickly asked you not to waste our time or his time. Great guy.

Avoid this place. There are a lot of issues here at Del Mar from thefts to no qualified security patrols. Del Mar office staff and management do nothing they except tell residents that its the residents fault. They utilize Active Building for a community social board which has allowed residents a means of letting others know what is going on around them. Del Mar has now began to censor this board and announced that they will be deleting any negative post, Del mar wants all the residents to believe we all live in an utopia. Del Mar tries to have their night maintenance personnel act as roaming security guards. There is no substitute for a qualified security personnel that has been trained to deal with any issues relating to security. A properly trained security personnel also have a radio and communication with a dispatcher for requesting backup and reporting of potential issues. Del Mar need to stop being so cheap in this area. Building and ground have suffered over the last several years, resulting in buildings stucco falling apart, building walls and light fixtures covered in spider webs, trash in bushes, unmaintained drainage which causes walkways to flood when it rains.

Overpriced. If you enjoy having your vehicles being towed and broken into, your garage being broken into and ransacked. Being disrespected by employees and not getting your deposit back when you move out then this is the place for you...

I gave a good rating. This place is newly renovated the amenities in the apartments are fabulous. My idea of an excellent apartment plays greatly on the price. I currently reside in a 711 sq. foot apartment and pay a rent that is high.
