Beautiful place. Great staff.

Del Mar community is a safe comfortable community. We have lived here for almost four years and we love living here. Grounds are kept up and cleaned daily. Maintenance is prompt and are respectful. Staff is polite. We feel safe living here and when we walk our dog through the complex you feel safe . Community is well lighted.

Overpriced. If you enjoy having your vehicles being towed and broken into, your garage being broken into and ransacked. Being disrespected by employees and not getting your deposit back when you move out then this is the place for you...

I gave a good rating. This place is newly renovated the amenities in the apartments are fabulous. My idea of an excellent apartment plays greatly on the price. I currently reside in a 711 sq. foot apartment and pay a rent that is high.

Del Mar offers an online tenant maintenance request form that makes it very convenient for me to make my requests. The front office is very friendly and they go over and beyond to handle special requests such as talk to the post lady for me.

Over all we were very happy at Del Mar and planned to renew our lease but they were unable to solve some issues with other residents.

This review is for the remarkable work and expertise of Dylan. He is knowledgeable and skillful in maintaining the community. Any time that he comes after my job request and the diagnoses the problems swiftly and applies effective solutions. Beyond technical proficiency, Dylan is professional, helpful, and demonstrates a genuine commitment to ensuring our comfort here. Thank you, Dylan!!

I've been living at Del Mar for almost two years and everyone is very friendly and helpful! Londyn was very helpful when I needed help safe listing my car.

Tonight, we accidentally left our vehicle door open, Londyn notified us immediately and took the initiative to close it, ensuring our safety and security. We are thankful for her vigilance and that of her team, making Del Mar a secure and welcoming place to live.

My frigerator went out and I went to the leasing office and notified Rene in the office and with in not even 2hrs I had a brand new fridge put together by maintenance crew Dylan E. I'm happy with the fast service brought on by Rene and Dylan E, I salute you guys thanks a million.

Dylan E. was so professional and timely. He performed duties as promised. Would recommend residents request him whenever possible.
