Worst customer service everrrrrr!!! Overpriced with no facilities or flexibility even for parking your own car!! They can simply tow your car or your guests car!! & the leasing office has the worst unprofessional rude ppl ever!! They dont care for you or respect you as their resident, all they care for is your payment & thats it!! I wish I never lived here, stay away from this community thats my advise to you!

Homeless and rats and dog poop, oh my. The grounds are covered in dog poop, and apparently,maintenancee does not see this as part of their job. When you visit, keep an eye out for all of the black boxes around. These are rat traps because they have RATS, not mice, but huge, New York-style rats running around. They live in the palm trees and eat the dates. Also, on that note, there are homeless people in the dumpsters. Told management and they said they could not do anything, and that every time you see them, call the cops. My dog was attacked here; side ripped open by another dog living in the complex. Informed the office, they said that that was not their problem. They would not give me any information so that I could file an insurance claim. They told me that they were "trying to evict" the offending party and that we should be happy with that. There are A LOT of problems in this complex; management just decided that they don't want to deal with any of them.

lived in Jamboree for 2.5 years. The front office staff contradict each other on policies, especially when it comes to leaving the property most likely because they get new staff every couple months. They repaint every time a tenant moves out, but what they dont tell you is that it comes out of your security deposit. I requested touch up paint and the maintenance staff said wed be charged for professional painters to come repaint the whole apartment regardless of my willing to do it myself. The paint peeled on the cement floor from driving my car in and out of the garage, but somehow this is not normal wear and I am responsible for the damage. I was told the carpet on the stairs would need to be replaced and I would have to pay for that. In my opinion dirty carpet on stairs that lead to the main living area after a year of people LIVING in an apartment would entail normal wear and tear- especially carpet that was not new to begin with. The only staff members that are kind and helpful are Erick from maintenance and the janitorial staff. Yes, the grounds are kept beautiful but you pay a high price for that and they will get you on the back end when you move out. If you are considering moving to Jamboree be prepared for a parking nightmare if you own more than 1 vehicle, rude staff in the front office and to say goodbye to your security deposit when you move out even if you clean the place like crazy. Oh and they raise rent by about $100/ year regardless of on time payments and good tenants. They are already on the high end of apartments in the area so if you like moving often, and throwing your money away MOVE THERE!! Youll regret it just like me.

I liked this community for excellent landscaping, very prompt staff so I guess I had good expectation. Now you must be thinking then why 1 start welll pictures say thousand words... my luxurious apartment community and worse part is Jamboree personnel thinks its okay, give it a few years it will grow.. Highly disappointing..
