I love my community! It's clean here and I feel safe!! The units are very will maintained. I trust my neighbors and i have faith in the managment and maintenance. I adore my floor plan and patio, it's perfect for my little family. I renewed my lease here because I'm so happy!

It is a quiet neighborhood. Everyone is friendly. Office takes care of the issues you have pretty fast.

Small units, over crowded pool Friday, Saturday ,Sunday with no supervision . No real area for the kids to play.

While we had an overall pleasant experience in the 3+ years we have resided at Terraza Del Sol, they were not always responsive to landscaping and outdoor maintenance issues. Also, management was very lax in enforcing the rules and regulations, especially concerning children bike riding, skateboarding, playing ball on the "roads".
