The Enclave at Homecoming Terra Vista

The staff is very excellent and professional. Complex is very clean and nice to look at. Guest parking can be a hassle at times.

The maintenance team have been great with any issues we have. Brian and Chris have went above and beyond our needs. They work until the job is complete and if there’s any other problems while they’re here they have a solution or plan of action before leaving our residence. I love this place

Let me start off by saying that this review is long overdue! Though, my family & I will not be residing at the Enclaves at the Homecoming Terra Vista, I must say this is a beautiful property. They have a number of accessible amenities that were amazing. The theatre room was so inviting, it would make you feel like you’re in the comfort of your actual home. I could rave about the property amenities all day, however, I want to primarily dedicate this review to the leasing office staff. Every individual that we talked to or had the pleasure of meeting was great, but I must say the Business Manager, Richard Hurtado was phenomenal. He is definitely an individual who is contributing to the success of Lewis Property Mgmt regarding their top tier customer service. He made me & my family feel welcomed, great listener, thorough & detailed while explaining the leasing process. Overall, we had a great experience during our home search. Though we decided to reside at Homecoming at the Preserve, I would highly recommend pursuing this property as a place to live & if you do, make sure to connect with Richard!

Didn't like they way they attended to me

Hi everyone, I moved into the Enclave in August. I wanted to share how impressed I have been with all the service of the employees. I especially want to give recognition of the maintenance young gentleman Nate. He is very professional, very pleasant and polite. He is prompt on handling any issues that arise. He explains what he does and what else needs to be done. Nate truly deserves a promotion and a raise. I would highly recommend moving to The Enclave.

Excellent customer service received from Nate and Thomas regarding my A/C unit today. They even inspected my filter and saw it needed changing and changed it for me. Initially when I had an issue with my A/C maintenance representative, Edward immediately came by my unit to inspect it. He did not delay in making my work order a priority as we were encountering triple digit temperatures. The maintenance team at the Enclave is always courteous, professional, and willing to assist where needed. Thank you for your commitment to exemplary customer service.
