It is old school. People live here for years. Most people are respectful. A few renters but no problems. I love local restaurants with Hawaiian Food.

no graffitti as opposed to my old neighborhood. Police station is just down the street. Neighbors are very friendly.

i like going to the local restaurants. we have lots of restaurants and boba places . we also have malls and we like going shopping

It's quiet, polite neighborhood, no trouble really. I like to go to bookstores and Starbucks. Often we go on long trips together.
