    I felt like the square footage was a great value for the price. Things were fairly well maintained and the neighborhood was awesome.

    I had a few situations where I needed help and the management came through for me. Property Manager always called me by my name and treated me very well. Always concerned how I was doing, especially when she knew I was a single woman living alone. I felt very safe.

    Overall Cypress Gardens is a nice place to live. The area of Redlands is peaceful and the neighborhood is pretty calm. The office and maintenance staff were friendly and took care of issues promptly for the most part.

    Office Manager has no service skills, every moment was pulling teeth with her. The landscapers blew all the garbage onto your cars and the safety issue was a major issue! They broke into my car and supposedly we were going to do a neighborhood watch (which I signed up for) but NOTHING happened with that. When the maintenance staff would come into my apartment they left a huge mess with what they dragged in and also any mess they made while they were inside. The palm trees weren't preened either
