As a Potential resident, I feel more compelled to be here. Bright and comfortable. As a Uber Driver, I P/U and D/O there. Hope to B a part of the Family.

I am a current resident here there are many amenities here but none that we could use they keep the doors closed and limit us on what we could use for what theyre charging its unbelievable. Beautiful pools but are only allowed two guests. Maintenance and cleaning crew are ready to rat you out with anything you do to management. Its like they dont want you to do anything to make there job easier. Cars being broke into inside the complex is insane.

You do not want to live at this complex. I live here currently and am moving out as soon as my lease is up. Completely apathetic and detached management, the office is often closed during regular business hours, they do not answer the phone or emails once you are a resident, and when you are actually able to talk to someone it's clear they don't care about resolving any issues you may bring to their attention. Thin walls, I can clearly hear people talking and walking in the hallway outside my front door from my living room. There is not even close to enough parking, even for paying residents. There is one structure, they give you only ONE resident parking permit per unit, even if there are two or more bedrooms/people living there. Ludicrous, especially considering the exorbitant rent and fees to live here. There are about 20 total guest parking spots for 4 buildings and over 1000 units. On this note, they employ predatory towing practices for guests and residents, though technically legal due to california law for privately owned property. They do not care about costing their own residents and residents' guests towing fees for using guest parking, even when there are empty spots. They do have an online permit system for guest parking, however I had a regular guest that did the online permit 6 minutes after parking, and they had already given a citation (a huge industrial strength sticker on your window, requires a solvent to remove). Another time they simply towed the car in the time between parking and doing the online permit with no notice or citation. Like I said, technically legal since it is privately owned property, but absolutely predatory and considering the higher than average rent for the area, pretty scumbag move to pull on your tenants. The few amenities that are available are not worth the price. You can find better a better place to live.

The parking is a nightmare, the staff in the office and in the store are rude. The apartment are paper thin and you can hear everything. There is always construction or refurbishments going on. Half of the activity room are not even open to use. It is definitely not worth the amount you have to pay.

Moved in this weekend and have to call late night security due to major noise disturbance from neighbors above. This complex has many pros but all the heavy walking and sounds above cheapen this place greatly, along with the early construction noise I just woke to. I wish they would have invested into better state of the art windows, and ceiling acoustics.

Terrible management, unrepsonsive staff, constant inconveniences... NOT worth the price.
