Rocklin Manor

My husband and I went to check out this apartment complex. The outside needs attention, also not a big fan of the carports, not a lot of greenery around to walk your dog besides the little dog park. Also the pricing for what you get.

I like the athomasphere at rocklin manner I like the friendly staff there. The complex is very well maintained it is in a very nice area and I have enjoyed my stay here. And hope to stay a while longer

Really rude maintenance guy

I requested to have my kitchen light screen fixed over a month ago but it has not been fixed. I asked for permission to use the exercise equipment from 5-7 a.m. in the monring because I have to leave from home for work before 8 a.m., but I was told that management closed the gym during non-business hours due to lights being left on. I stated that I would be certain to turn them off, but I was told no again. I need to have access to the gym when I am available to work out. Please Help.

Apartments are clean and well maintained. Appliances and hardware are somewhat out dated. The grounds are well maintained and taken care of. The pool area could use some work. The pool itself is often very dirty with clumps of hair and debris on the bottom, cloudy water, and needs attention at times by a designated pool service or maintenance company. The facilities are well-maintained, and staff are responsive to requests in a timely manner. Three suggestions: Benches so I can ask my neighbors not to sit on the stairs New net for the tennis court. Maintain the archaeological treasure that is our Indian grinding rock by keeping the holes clean and the cigarette butts away.
