        Communication is sometimes lacking. I had a credit on my account, yet no word. When I owe, I get hit with letters. A sign was posted by the pool saying closed for 30 days, then the sign was gone. No mention that the maintenance was cancelled so the residents didn't use the pool

        Comfortable apartment. Great communication with the management/maintenance team on site. Common areas clean, well gardened, and well lighted at night. Parking spaces well marked, those assigned (under canopy) are well lighted at night. The dog walk/park area is well lighted at night.
