        This place is a nightmare! Whatever you do, run and run fast before signing a lease with the place! I could write an entire book on all of the reasons why I say this, but I'll keep it short and sweet. Management is TERRIBLE! We lived there for 6 months and they had 3 different managers while we lived there, so that says a lot. Maintenance is such a joke. Literally every single appliance in our apartment broke down at some point while we were there, and sometimes it would take 3+ weeks for them to come in and fix it. It was worth paying thousands of dollars to break our lease and move out of there. Seriously, don't fall for how nice they seem and how nice the show apartments look. None of it is real!

        I love living here. I enjoy how quiet it is. As far as rats go, I have never experienced anything of the sort. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Friendly staff!

        Pool might as well be public on weekends, parking is terrible. After school stop off at recreation area for unsupervised children.

        Since living at the Terraces at Highland Reserves, would not recommend it. The gates are always broken, not enough maintenance staff, late fee is way too high. Most properties dont charge more than 50.00 dollars. Cars getting broken into, never see security around, gym is not clean, allow non-residents to use pool, gym, and etc. Don't move here. There are better places with less money.

        I would not reccomend anyone moving here. I have a list a various problems here. I cannot get the dishwasher to work. I can't get my window up or down. The window blinds I cannot get all the way down either. Not good.

        They sent me a new lease at 5:39 pm the night before I move in! Now all my utilities are set to the other lease I did a sign. They also are charging for a pet that I dont have in the new lease! So they probably just wanted me to blindly e-sign it. Who sends a new lease to sign at 5:39pm the day before?!
